Societe Takes It Easy: Thursday July 12

The Harlot. The Widow. The Pupil. And a swarthy, unnamed Belgian.
All these characters will be in the house Thursday July 12 as we present a pairings nite with San Diego’s newest awesome brewery, Societe. With their backgrounds from Russian River and the Bruery, you would guess that they would make excellent Belgian-style beers and IPAs. And your guess would be correct.
Max will be pairing dishes with these beers, each pairing $11 for the food and a small beer.

cherry tomato / cucumber / melon / house cured ham
The Widow Belgian Dark Ale
eggplant / pork belly / oyster sauce
The Apprentice IPA
yellowtail amberjack / chorizo / crema cabbage
The Debutante Belgian Amber Ale
sweet corn / yellow peach / poblano pepper
Pairings will go from 5pm to 11pm or until we run out. Make reservations here, or just walk in.
