For August’s First Monday Tasting Table, we are excited to welcome our good friends at The Vetted Table by MIHO, and their chef Brian LaBonte (formerly of Blanca Restaurant).
If you only know MIHO through their gastrotruck, then you are missing some big parts of the MIHO equation. In fact, they cook in every idiom from “hot dog stand” to some of the fanciest events in town, always with the best ingredients available in San Diego. Plus, they’re committed to making every event they do a complete experience, down the smallest details.
