This coming Thursday we’re hosting the folks from the Bruery in Orange County, California. while we celebrate their 4th Anniversary. Max has created some special pairings for the special beers they’ll be bringing. The following will be available (each pairing $13):

pastured local chicken banh mi, chicken sausage, chicken pate, house pickles
Sour in the Rye
local lamb terrine, tomatillo & local strawberry chutney

Fruet creme brulee, cacao nib
