Derby Days
Summer in San Diego means the yellowtail are in season — for decades we were known for hosting the Yellowtail Derby from March through August. (The current version of the Derby includes more types of fish and goes through June 10th.)
Relatedly, our fish dish now features yellowtail along with asparagus from Warner Springs and some summery greens.
Our fish tacos are now yellowtailed, too.
