Baja Chefs Series, 14 May: Benito y Solange
We’re proud to continue our Baja Chefs Dinner Series with our good friends, Chefs Benito Molina and Solange Muris of Restaurante Manzanilla in downtown Ensenada. In addition to operating a killer restaurant on the harbor, they operate Sylvestre, a rustic restaurant in the wine country open only in summer, and they are well-known TV personalities in Latin America through their show, Benito y Solange.
This is a 5 course dinner for $45, with optional beverage pairings for $25. Our previous two Baja chefs dinners sold out. You can make your reservation for this one, here. Just choose an available time on May 14th.

albondigas de camaron esitlo Manzanilla (shrimp albondigas in the style of Manzanilla restaurant)
codornices del Valle de Guadalupe con frijoles puercos y almeja (Valle de Guadalupe quail, clam, pork, beans)
arroz cremosos de quesos Ramonetti y bolognesa de borrego (lamb bolognese, Ramonetti cheese from Ojos Negros, creamed rice)
pannacota de manzanilla (chamomile panna cotta)
